As Deadline reported, the 31-year-old “Bridgerton” star is set to join the cast of the new thriller that comes from the Russo brothers, the team behind four movies in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, including Avengers: Endgame.

More About the Movie

The Russos wrote the script along with Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely.

The IMDb description of the plot is the following: “In Europe, a CIA operative-turned-assassin looks to evade mysterious forces as he tries to save the lives of the daughters who don’t know he exists.”

The Gray Man is based on the eponymous debut novel by Mark Greaney, published twelve years ago.

Here’s how it was described:

“The Gray Man is based on the debut novel by Mark Greaney, published in 2009 by Jove Books. It also is the first novel to feature the Gray Man, freelance assassin and former CIA operative Court Gentry. The action thriller will follow Gentry (Gosling) as he’s hunted across the globe by Lloyd Hansen (Evans), a former cohort at the CIA. The film is based on the first installment of the series.”

At this moment, it’s still unknown who Page will play in the upcoming film.

Earlier this year, the “Sylvie’s Love” actor was rumored to be in the run for taking over Daniel Craig when he steps down from the role of James Bond. His other upcoming project is the highly-anticipated untitled Dungeons & Dragons movie who includes stars such as Chris Pine, Hugh Grant, Sophia Lillis, Michelle Rodriguez, and more.
