Miley Cyrus faces $4 billion lawsuit for offensive gesture

Miley Cyrus

A woman from Los Angeles by the name of Lucie J. Kim has filed a $4 billion lawsuit against “Hannah Montana” star Miley Cyrus on behalf of the city’s entire population of Asian Pacific Islanders, E! News reports.

The woman claims that she and her fellow Asian Pacific Americans are entitled to damages because of the controversial photo that emerged earlier this month, which depicts Cyrus and her friends making a stereotypical gesture by pulling their eyes into a slanted position – a gesture which is commonly considered to be very offensive to Asian Pacific Americans!

Kim basically claims that she is representing the about 1 million Asian Pacific Islanders who live in L.A. County and is seeking $4,000 in damages for each one of them, which adds up to a $4 billion in total, reports.

Check out the snapshot of Cyrus her friends posing with an Asian friend and pulling their eyes sideways, HERE!

Those who don’t have.. will find just about any reason to take money from those who do have.. For the love of God she’s a teenager.. She isn’t even responsible for her own actions til she turns 18. There is still hope she won’t grow up to be a money grubbing wretch like Ms Kim appears to be..
