It’s a Cat’s World

Scientists have reportedly discovered that cat owners are brainier than dog lovers.

A University of Bristol survey, published in the Veterinary Journal, found that people with feline friends are more likely tobe brainier and tend to work longer hours, meaning that cats are more suitable as pets as they require less human company and do not need to be walked.

“Cats require less time per day than a dog, so they are more popular with educated people who work late and have long commutes,” said Cats Protection Lecturer in feline epidemiology Dr Jane Murray.
