The final reports in the Brittany Murphy death were released today. They say that there were multiple drugs in her body but that they were consistent with her trying to self medicate for a case of pnuemonia that should have had medical treatment. There was no abuse of drugs noted and her weight was quite in line with her body build so that is another theory down the tubes.
The 84-page final report today statesd that Murphy had “elevated levels” of Vicodin and drugs from over-the-counter cold medicine in her system, but no illegal substances. “There is no history of alcohol or drug abuse,” the report read. “The overall appearance of the body is consistent with the recorded height of 65 inches and the recorded weight of 115 pounds
