Zac Efron “I’m Good Real Good” After His Alleged Spell In Rehab

Zac-EfronTurn the clock back seven years and a certain Zac Efron was the latest youngster to hit it big thanks to his role as Troy Bolton in the hit show that was High School Musical. Seven years on it has now been reported that he has just been released from rehab due to his addiction to cocaine.

The website TMZ has reported today that Efron, 25, entered rehab some five months ago due to his cocaine addiction and use of MDMA, which is the ingredient found in ecstasy tablets. A source told the website the following. They said, “It was common knowledge he was struggling with cocaine.”

The source then went on to say, “He’s healthy, happy and not drinking. He’s taking time to focus on working.” Efron would not comment on whether he had been in rehab or not, but was spotted at the Toronto International Film Festival earlier this month and said, “I’m good, real good.”

It is always sad when these kind of stories are reported, but let us now hope that Zac Efron is now on the way to making a full recovery so he can get on with his life and get back to what he does best, performing.
