Will.I.Am and Cheryl Cole ‘Fine’ After Car Accident

Will.I.Am and Cheryl Cole 'Fine' After Car AccidentBritish pop star Cheryl Cole and Black Eyed Peas frontman Will.i.am were in a minor vehicular accident earlier this week as the Cadillac that Will.i.am was driving crashed into an empty parked car. The pair left the studio in LA where they were both working together at 3:30am when Will’s car hit the other car. The pair were working day/night on a new project.

Both singers reassured their fans through Twitter that they were ‘OK’. Cole tweeted on Wednesday, “Don’t worry me and @iamwill are fine, promise.”

Will also tweeted to his fans saying, “Car accidents are not dope. I’m glad I’m OK #wiplash,” and elaborated, “We’re fine. Cheryl Cole and I were coming back from the studio but she and I are fine… just a little whiplash.”

Reports say that the singers have suffered bloody noses and whiplash due to the accident. Will was brought to the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where he was later spotted exiting wearing a neck brace. Cole was treated at the scene of the accident. Will’s airbag had deployed, but Cole’s did not.

Will.i.am’s manager also commented to reassure fans, saying, “Just spoke to @iamwill, everything is OK. He and Cheryl Cole are both fine. It was minor fender bender after a long day/night in the studio.”

A witness said that both stars seemed shaken during the incident and that soon after it happened, the Police arrived. Initially, no one knew who were in the accident until Will.i.am and Cheryl Cole stepped out. The parked car that they hit was badly damaged due to the incident.
