Will 2019 be Ariana Grande’s Best Year Yet?

The pop superstar Ariana Grande is always breaking the records with her magnificent voice and music successes but many believe the 2019 will be her best year so far.

On social media, she wished her fans all the luck in the world and said goodbye to 2018.

Last year was a true roller-coaster for her after an ugly breakup from Pete Davidson and the death of her previous boyfriend Max Miller.

She wrote “Be gentle with yourself and each other.”

“If we made through this last year, we’ll for sure make it through this one”.

Coming Off From a Rollercoaster Year

The famous singer had an amazing professional year but an awful personal year.

First, there was a Manchester bombing during her Dangerous Woman tour that she was trying to move past for months. She went dark from social media for six months in order to recover.

She then held One Love Manchester concert to raise money for the families of the 22 victims of this terror attack.

Eventually, she came stronger than ever, launching hit after hit from her new album Sweetener released in summer 2018.Her ex, Max Miller died in September over a drug overdose and she was devastated since the pair had been dated for two years prior to her romance with Pete Davidson.

Emotional Ride

She broke off her engagement with Pete Davidson only a month later and her most recent single “Thank U, Next” revealed all the problems in her previous relationships.

The single has stormed the charts worldwide and even Davidson described her as a “diabolic genius” as he praised the song. The song is firm at the top of Billboard’s Hot 100 for seven weeks now.

She won a Billboard’s Woman of the Year accolade recently and gave a pretty heart breaking speech confessing this was a tumultuous year for her.

The 25-year-old explained “A lot of people would look at someone in my position as an artist that could be at her peak and think she’s really got her act together, she’s really on it. She’s got it all. And I do, but as far as my personal life goes, I really have no idea what I’m doing.”

But Ariana really has something to look forward to considering the fact that she was chosen to headline Coachella in April 2019. She is not only the fourth female ever to headline the festival in 20 years but also the youngest artist ever to headline.

We sure expect a spectacle! We can’t wait to see what other records she will break in 2019.
