Apparently Sheen spent part of the holidays in jail after he was accused of domestic violence and menacing, however the woman in question reportedly recanted, while Sheen says she was the aggressor. Interestingly enough very often women are the aggressor, but frequently they are not arrested while the men who defend themselves face charges.
In this particular scenario, it appears that the woman has now stated that she was drunk when she phoned the police, and now is recanting part of the story according to reports.
Now according to the reports on TMZ and SFGate, Mueller -Sheen in realitywas legally drunk when she reported the problem and has said she isn’t going to discuss anything more with the police. So who’s at fault and how will it all end up..
And what exactly IS.. menacing behavior?
