Wendy Richards Dies at Aged 65



Famous, or perhaps infamous as the gorgeously sexy Miss Brahms in the Britcom watched world wide, “Are You Being Served”, funny woman Wendy Richards has died at aged 65 over the weekend.

The actress died with her husband John Burns by her side at the Harley Street Clinic, according to her agent Kevin Francis.

Richards had  revealed that she was suffering from an aggressive, terminal cancer lastOctober, and married Burns, her partner of more than 13 years later that month.

“She was incredibly brave and retained her sense of humour right to the end,” Francis told the BBC.

Richards is aso famed for playing Pauline Fowler from 1985-2006 on EastEnders, which makes her one of the longer running cast members in the show.
