The nineteen year old actress-singer Miley Cyrus is suspect in a criminal battery that was apparently done inside a Hollywood night club/theatre last Saturday night.
However, a surveillance video proves that the Hannah Montana star is innocent.
Sources said that the investigation will still continue although the surveillance video has already been turned over to the cops. Sources also said that the police have talked to both Miley and Liam Hemsworth, her fiancé, regarding the incident that happened last Saturday night, when the actress allegedly threw a punch on the face of another customer.
The alleged victim submitted a police report with the LAPD early Sunday morning and claimed that he and his pals were sitting behind Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus at the Beacher’s Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel when things got a bit rough.
The alleged victim states that he and his pals bumped into the chair of Miley’s fiancé accidentally and the two parties then exchanged some words which quickly escalated an argument. He also claims that Liam got in his face and Miley tried to break it up but before pushing him away, she punched him in the face. However, there were no injuries visible.
Sources also told us that the couple were interviewed separately and both of them told the detectives that the commotion began after the guy bumped into Liam’s chair repeatedly. Both also insisted that Miley never punched anybody. Sources also told us that most likely, there will be no charges that will be filed against the singer actress.
