Last week Kate Moss pulled out all the stops to celebrate her 40th birthday, holding a massive party on Richard Branson’s exclusive island Necker Island. Later this year Victoria Beckham will turn 40 too, and the former Spice Girl star is going to make sure her party is an even better one than that of Kate Moss.
Victoria will turn 40 in April and is already planning her big day. A close friend revealed how the plans were coming along to the Daily Star Newspaper by saying, “Mossy embraced the milestone birthday last week, and now Posh wants to do the same. She’s not holding back at all. Victoria was actually slightly dreading it before Christmas, but she has since been inspired by Kate Moss.”
According to the source Victoria is spending in the region of £100,000 on her party celebrations, and has even hired the services of Gordon Ramsey to prepare all the food. The source said, “She wants it to be one to remember with everyone she knows there. Gordon Ramsay has agreed to organise all the food for her too. But Vic plans to spend most of the party money on high quality alcohol.”
Sounds like Victoria Beckham’s 40th birthday is going to be a quality affair if most of the money is going to be spent on alcohol! Whatever happened to celebrating quietly with family and friends!
