Tiny actor Verne Troyer, who is probably best known as the character Mini-Me in the “Austin Powers” movies, has settled the $20 million lawsuit he filed last month against the celebrity gossip site TMZ.com (and some people from the adult industry) after a sex tape with him and his ex girlfriend was posted on the gossip site.

Troyer’s attorney said yesterday that an agreement has been signed, which states that the little actor must give his permission before anybody can ever promote or profit from the video.
