UCLA employees poked around in Britney Spear’s medical records

Britney SpearsCuriosity killed the cat… or as in this case - got at least 13 people fired!

According to the Los Angeles Times, UCLA Medical Center is about to fire at least 13 employees for snooping in Britney Spear’s medical records during her recent stay at the hospital’s psychiatric clinic. At least six others have been suspended.

Why the employees did what they did has not yet been revealed, but our guess is that they were either just curious about Britney’s condition or they wanted to make some extra cash selling the juicy details to some magazine or website.
