Ever since Captain Phil Harris passed away this week he’s been receiving tributes that he probably would not have expected.Fans have been leaving notes, balloons and flowers at the memorial in Seattle. The makeshift type memorial at the Fishersmans memorial which isn’t far from his home has been a stopping place for fans and friends.
Seattle Fishermans’ Memorial in Washington has been their way of expressing themselves about the loss of captain Phil at such a young age.
