Charlie Sheen and wife Brooke Mueller’s attorneys requested that Sheen’s domestic violence hearing be moved to February 8 to allow for Mueller’s hospital stay.
Sheen was arrested in December after Mueller accused him of threatening her.
TMZ reports that the doctors believe that Mueller has pneumonia and she is still in intensive care. An insider said that she will be in hospital for at least three days.
“She is very, very sick,” the source added.
The district attorney has apparently allowed Sheen to visit his partner in hospital.
