Tori Spelling welcomes baby girl!

Tori Spelling Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott welcomed their second child Monday. The baby girl was delivered via C-section at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.  The couple has decided to name the girl Stella Doreen McDermott, according to E! News.

Spelling and McDermott also have a 15-month old son together.
