Reportedly the oldest stash of pot in the world has recently been uncovered in China.
789 grams of marijuana was found buried in the tomb of a shaman and was so well-preserved that it had actually retained its green color.
The drug is believed to be about 2,700 years old, and the researchers who uncovered and checked it out have issued a warning that it should not be smoked due to its lack of odour. (HOW sad is it when they have to TELL you not to smoke something dug up from a decrepit tomb??)
An article in the Journal Of Experimental Botany states that it is “the oldest documentation of cannabis as a pharmacologically active agent.”
In addition to the cannabis, bridles, a harp and archery equipment were also found in the tomb.
From this.. do we determine that he was driving AND fighting.. under the influence?
