Tom Cruise has demanded his lawyers to send out a cease and desist letter to the baby boutique Petit Tresor.

Tom and Katie are upset that the store has leaked information that they’ve spent $350k - $400k on Suri’s wardrobe over the last two years, to various tabloids.

TMZ is reporting that the letter claims that Petit Tresor has violated their clients’ right of privacy and is asking them “not say anything (whether true or false) about Mr. Cruise and Ms. Holmes’ shopping habits.”

Petit Tresor should probably take the advice seriously, unless they want to lose their best customers.
