Just in case any of you believed the online rumors that Tom Cruise fell to his death in New Zealand Wednesday, we just want to let you know that this is not true! We repeat. This is not true. Tom Cruise is alive and well.

The megastar’s rep has told E! News:

“This is completely not true. Tom is not in New Zealand nor has he been there recently. This is erroneous and unreliable internet garbage.”
