Same, same but different…

When Tom Cruise was in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, promoting his new flick “Valkyrie,” he reportedly tried to be somewhat multicultural by saying “Hola” (Hello) and “Gracias” (Thanks), according to the New York Post’s Page Six.

But what Cruise apparently didn’t know is that they actually speak Portuguese in Brazil – not Spanish!

Page Six also reports that Cruise said that he fell in love with Brazil after watching films about tango and samba, not knowing that tango in fact is a dance from Argentina.
