Lindsay Lohan is awaking today thinking that she is just going to get 2 weeks in jail. However, this is highly unlikely. Lindsay is already aware that she is going to be going to jail however when she speaks of 2 weeks in jail she is in dream land.
Lindsay plans to admit that she violated her probation. Then Shawn Holley is going to try to persuade the judge that she should be lenient towards Lindsay simply by stating a list of reasons. The two main things that the two will be focusing on is the fact that Lindsay’s therapist feels that she has been making improvements and also some evidence that was gathered from the Downtown Women’s Center.
Currently, the judge has not spoken to the prosecutors or Shawn Holly about Lindsay’s sentence. However, the sheriff department has said that Lindsay will only serve 20% of her time and while she is serving her time she will have her own cell outside of the general population to insure that she remains safe.
The good news for Lindsay is the judge probably will allow her anywhere from 24 hours to a week to take care of anything that she needs to do before she goes in the slammer.
