The hottest thing in Hollywood seems to be.. TWINS… which has people speculating whether these are normal natural conceptions.
Pub Med says that there has been a decline in the incidence of twin births recently, after a substantial rise, (twins or multiple births do increase if fertility drugs are used to stimulate the ovaries) but you wouldn’t know that if you’re going by the celebrities who have presented us with twins in recent months.
Typically twins come along about one in every 73 pregnancies, yet we’re seeing them more and more frequently.
Celebs who have given us multiple births the past couple years:
Patrick Dempsey, of “Grey’s Anatomy” fame, and his wife, Jillian, had twin boys
Lisa Marie Presley has given birth to twin girls, Finley and Harper,
Jennifer Lopez has given birth to twins in New York – a boy and a girl.
Brad and Angelina, a boy and a girl.
Kim Porter and P Diddy,twin girls.
Geena Davis gave birth to her twin boys – Kian Williams and Kaiis Steven
Holly Hunter and partner Gordon MacDonald had two boys.
Ron Howard and high school sweetheart, twin girls Jocelyn and Reed.
Julia Roberts and Daniel Moder named their twins Phinnaeus Walter (Finn) and Hazel Patricia.
Marcia Cross has twin daughters Eden and Savannah.
