Not a week goes by it seems without a celebrity pregnancy being announced or new baby being born. Well today is the turn of Frankie Sandford to talk about her pregnancy, and The Saturdays star has been talking to Bang Showbiz about her forthcoming pregnancy.
Sandford, 24, is the third member of The Saturdays to fall pregnant in the last 18 months. Una Healy and Rochelle Humes have already had their children and now is the turn of Frankie Sandford, who is expecting her first child with her fiancé Wayne Bridge this coming November.
Sandford was at the Capital FM Summertime Ball at the weekend and was asked by a reporter from BANG showbiz how she felt about her forthcoming pregnancy. She said, “It did really hit me when I went in to see Rochelle after she was in labour and I was like, ‘OK, there’s actually a baby at the end of this. It’s not just a labour. So it’s exciting.”
Exciting indeed and giving birth to your first child is both very nerve racking and very exciting at the same time. But it is an experience that you never forget. Sandford was also asked as to whether or not she had any unusual cravings so far during her pregnancy. She said, “I haven’t really had any weird cravings, just chocolate, strawberries and raisins. It’s been a bit boring really.”
Chocolate, strawberries and raisins sounds like a normal diet to some, but then there is still plenty of time to get those cravings for pickled eggs or pickled gherkins!
