…for allegedly going on a shopping spree using someone else’s credit card!
Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian and their brother Robert Jr. must appear before a judge on February 17, 2009.
Why? Well, the mother of R&B star Brandy, Sonja Norwood, has filed a law suit against the Kardashinas, according to E! Online.
Norwood claims that the famous siblings racked up a whopping $120,000 on her credit card, back when Kim was Brandy’s stylist and was dating the singer’s brother(!).
However, the Kardashians claim that they had Norwood’s permission to use the credit card “spree-style”.
