Actor Terrence Howard is being sued by Tax Allen, the composer of the Broadway production of “Cat on a Hot Tin Roof”, which the actor starred in last winter.
Allen claims he was assaulted by Howard during a rehearsal earlier this year and he is now seeking $5 million in damages for the incident, according to the New York Post.
Broadway.com reports that Allen claims Howard punched him in the face!
Howard’s publicist, Michelle Benson, has been quoted as saying by E! News that “we are aware of the allegations and expect this frivolous suit to be dismissed”.
