Michelle Howard, Terrence Howard’s wife has filed a restraining order against him. She claims that he has been beating her the entire marriage and he has threatened to kill her on more than one occasion. However, Terrence says that she is a liar.
He side of the story is she wants him to pay her money so she will not release private things about him such as a video of him naked singing in the shower. However, the judge has temporarily issued a restraining order until they return to court.

• Chipped her tooth with his wedding ring when he smacked her across the face
• Threw her on the ground in a public parking lot
• Telling her numerous times that he is quicker to hit women than men
• Telling her he will kill her if she ever informs anyone about any of his or their personal business adding in that no one will ever know that he is the one who killed her
• He has made her walk home before because he feels as though since he paid for the car it is his and he does not have to let her ride in it.
