Kelly Osbourne, 24, and her boyfriend Luke Worrall, 19, are planning to get married, according to numerous online reports.
Apparently, Osbourne changed her Facebook status to “engaged” over the weekend - a fact that has fuelled the speculations about the couple’s plans.
Osbourne and Worrall have been dating for just six months.
