From Pacific Coast news comes the tale of woe of two surfers who thought they were helping out
Matthew McConaughey.

The two men purportedly tossed a photog who was trying to get shots of Matthew surfing, and threw his camera into the ocean.
For their trouble they are charged with misdemeanor battery and will be arraigned in October.

One of the crowd of photographers at the scene yesterday said the surfers shoved him and threw his camera into the water.
There is of course video of the incident already posted online.

Although it was in defense of him, it was said that McConaughey was not involved in the incident.
