Heidi Klum is known for being one of the best supermodels of her time, but at the weekend she should be looking to change from supermodel to superhero after rescuing her son and his two nannies from dangerous seas in Hawaii.
Klum was on Holiday with her family when the incident occurred. She made a quick dash to rescue her son Henry, aged 7, after a treacherous rip-tide engulfed him and two of his nannies on Sunday afternoon. Her boyfriend Martin Kristen, who is also her bodyguard, also came to help pull the trio from the sea.
Klum made the following statement regarding the incident. It read, “We got pulled into the ocean by a big wave. Of course, as a mother, I was very scared for my child and everyone else in the water. Henry is a strong swimmer and was able to swim back to land. We were able to get everyone out safely.”
Thankfully no one was hurt after the unfortunate incident, but it just goes to show how dangerous the water can be. As for Klum she is no longer a supermodel and will be known from now on as a superhero!
