Good news for Michael Phelps!
Subway will not drop its endorsement deal with the 14-times Olympic gold medal winner, despite the bong photo, Usmagazine.com reports.
“Like most Americans, and like Michael Phelps himself, we were disappointed in his behavior,” a representative for Subway recently told the tabloid. “Also like most Americans, we accept his apology. Moving forward, he remains in our plans.”
Last week, the famous cereal company Kellogg’s announced that they will not renew Phelps’s contract when it expires at the end of the month.
Speedo, Omega, Visa and PureSports have also decided to forgive the great swimmer for his lapse in judgment and stand by him…
