US student and citizen Natalie Dylan really does think her backside is a gold mine.. AND.. she may be right.. she  has put her virginity up for auction in order to pay for a masters degree, with the deed to be done in Nevada where such things are legal.

When the news broke , which was actually late last fall, it was assumed on some level that it was a joke.

The Telegraph reports the bidding for 22-year-old Natalie Dylan has reached £2.5 million ($3.7 million), up from £162,000 ($243,000) made when the auction first appeared in September.

Dylan,  who hails from San Diego, has a a degree in Women’s Studies and is in the middle of a  masters. Sister Ava convinced her to do it by auction because she had apparently paid for her own degree by working as a prostitute.

“I get some men who are obviously looking for a girlfriend but I try to make it clear that this is a one-night-only offer,” Dylan said. “I know that a lot of people will condemn me for this because it’s so taboo but I really don’t have a problem with that.”

Dylan says her offers so far come from “weirdos”, “those who get really graphically sexual about what they want to do to me” and “lots of polite requests from rich businessmen”.
