Hayden Panettiere claims that going green will help all of us cope with the current economic troubls.
Talking to the Press Association, at the “Declare Yourself”, a political gathering taking place in Hollywood, Panettiere said that if people live a more environmentally responsible lifestyle they are also going to save a few bucks in the process.
The actress from Heroes actress further commented”I never leave the TV on, Every time I leave the house I put the heat up so the air conditioner won’t go on, because why are you cooling your house when you’re not there?
“It’s completely unnecessary and it’s such a waste. I was raised recycling, I always recycle.”
Panettiere, fairly wise for the ripe old age of just 19, also declared herself a Democrat to the press at the party.
