A former bodyguard of Britney Spears is currently suing the Circus singer for negligence, reports E! Online.
Kerry Vine is suing, alleging that he suffered physical and psychological injury during the period that he spent protecting Spears.
In legal papers filed at Los Angeles Superior Court, he claimed that the star “negligently operated her home and business thereby causing injuries to [him]” and that her “extreme/outrageous conduct intentionally and or recklessly caused [him] severe emotional distress”.
Vine, is looking for compensation for medical bills, as well as lost wages and other expenses.
