Soulja Boy, also known as DeAndre Cortez Way, is not only violating traffic laws down in Georgia but he is also riding around with Marijuana. The 21 year old was arrested when his driver was pulled over for a traffic violation; there were four other men in the car. All five of the men were asked to step out while the car was searched. During the search officers found marijuana and a firearm. Currently, Soulja Boy is being held in Carroll County at the city jail.
All five of the men will be appearing in court soon to explain why there was approximately $70,000 in the escalade made up of cash and drugs. Also the men were all charged with the following:
• Possession of marijuana
• Possession with intent to distribute
• Possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime
Many people are thinking that this is just karma that Soulja Boy is experiencing right now due to the fact about what he had said about the Military. One thing for sure is Soulja Boy is no longer a boy after this now it is time for him to be Soulja Man.
