Snooki, from Jersey Shore, attempted to trademark her name but failed.
Turns out an author titled a book called Adventures of Snooky: Under the Sea. It was published in 2003 and is about an orange cat that is looking for the family he lost in the ocean.
Too bad for Snooki (Jersey Shore), looks like she’ll have to find another way to cash in on her 15 minutes.
