Shawn Johnson, the pint sized Olympic gymnast, who was being stalked during her stint on Dancing With The Stars, found out today that her stalker, Robert O-Ryan, was ruled to be legally insane by a Judge presiding over the case.
In 2009, O’Ryan went in search of Shawn with two guns in tow (wow!). He also broke into the Dancing With the Stars set, while looking for Johnson. After that incident he was found guilty of felony burglary and of carrying a loaded firearm in his vehicle.
Today, a judge ruled him to be a felony stalker and legally insane. O’Ryan will undergo evaluation at a state mental hospital. He may end up having to spend the rest of his natural born life in a mental institution. Good riddance!! Individuals who are this dangerous should be locked up and kept away from the general population.
