Sharon Osbourne has been awarded a public apology and an undisclosed sum in libel damages from The Sun. (maybe now she can go ahead with that botox 🙂 )
The former X Factor judge sued the newspaper for publishing “distressing, hurtful and damaging” comments about her influence over husband Ozzy’s career.
According to her attorney John Kelly, an article from the Sun in October 2007 claimed that Osbourne was “driving her frail husband Ozzy Osbourne to destruction” and that she was working him “so hard she will kill him”.
It also said: “Sharon will keep Ozzy on the road until, like Tommy Cooper, he dies on stage.”
Hm.. in consideration of the cat fight mentality of Ms Oh. perhaps she has other ways of killing him??
