Former Republican vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin’s 18-year-old daughter, Bristol Palin, welcomed a son with her boyfriend Levi Johnston Sunday.
The baby – Tripp Easton Mitchell Johnston – is Sarah Palin’s first grandchild.
According to some online reports, Johnston (whose mother was arrested earlier this month on felony drug charges for allegedly selling OxyContin) has previously said that he plans to marry Bristol next year.
