This video of Republican VP nominee Sarah Palin (back then her last name was Heath) in the swimsuit competition of the 1984 Miss Alaska Beauty Pageant just hit the Internet…
The Alaskan who first uploaded this footage claims it is 100% real!

I definitely find it intriguing how the far left pulls out all the stops to smear someone.
While she may not be the right person for the office, I find it appalling that this kind of ridiculous behavior is prevailing and that other sites and news agencies are stupid enough to pick it up and run with it.
She was in a beauty pageant..
the first thing that springs to mind is. SO WHAT??
the kind of tactics I’m seeing with this woman would be nothing that would convince anyone not to vote for her unless they were of small caliber and even smaller mind.
Give us something to sink our teeth into if you want to convince us she’s bad news.
Palin is BAD news and here are some reasons why: She didn’t get her passport until two years ago, which means that she has not seen much of the world (which in turn proves she lacks curiosity and understanding about other cultures and countries). Who in their right mind would like such a person to become vice president of one of the most powerful countries in the world? She does not think global warming is primarily caused by us humans, which proves she doesn’t know much about environmental issues. She’s against gay marriage and maybe the scariest thing of all: she opposes abortion, even in the cases of rape or incest!
Thanks Helen. and what do you believe is the primary cause of global warming, based upon actual data?
Essentially we’re saying because she has not visited the other countries, she can have no first hand knowledge of them, to which I’d have to respond that I find that ridiculous.
Upon visit to the other countries, and the special VIP treatment that a visiting dignitary would receive, would you in fact glean solid, common sense knowledge of those countries.. or rather, what the country chose that you saw and believed.
I would be interested in your source material of course.. if you don’t mind posting links to some non partisan things to review, as opposed to the Democratic or Republic spun comments.
