The Duchess of York has stated for the record that Russell Brand would have to be checked out by her before he could date Princess Eugenie, reports The Mirror.
The comic reportedly said he would like to date the 18-year-old and even commented on becoming part of the Royal Family earlier this week.
Speaking at the opening of a new cancer unit in Leeds, the Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson said: “Tell him he will have to come through me first.”
