Sandra Bullock, America’s sweetheart, recently applied for a restraining order which was granted.
The order of protection was against a man who has been bothering the star for years.
Thomas Weldon is the alleged stalker. Weldon is a 41 year old male. The restraining order states that he must stay away from Bullock for three years.
Also under the order of protection are Sandra and Jesse’s kids, Louis, Sunny, Jesse Jr. and Chandler.
Weldon and Bullock unfortunately, go way back. She first filed charged against him in 2003 for stalking. At that time he was placed in an institution for mental illness.
