Usmagazine.com reports that Lutfi has filed an appeal after a Los Angeles judge placed a so-called permanent restraining order on him earlier this week.
The restraining order prohibits Lutfi to go near the 27-year-old pop princess’ place of work or her home, and to contact her or her children in any way for three whole years.
Lutfi’s attorney claims that his client has never threatened the safety of the singer and that the petition presented to the court didn’t meet the “standards for issuing a restraining order”.
Why doesn’t Lutfi just give up???? WHY????
