Roman Polanski sex victim wants the case against him dismissed

Roman Polanski

E! Online reports that the woman filmmaker Roman Polanksi was convicted of having sex with when she was only 13 years old, says she wants the statutory rape charge against him dropped.

Samantha Geimer, now 45 years old, has urged the district attorney and the court to dismiss the case against Polanski, because she feels that the never-ending publication of the details of the case hurts her family and makes her feel like a victim all over again.

Last month, Polanski’s lawyers filed a request asking a Californian court to throw out the charge based on new evidence, but the request was denied.

The 75-year old Oscar-winning filmmaker fled the U.S. in 1978 out of fear of being sentenced to jail for his crime. He is currently living in France with his wife and children.

  1. Dear Editor,

My name is Diana Napolis and the above article describes my plea bargain to “stalking” Jennifer Hewitt. There is more to this case than it appears.I learned within the past several years that I was victimized by technology known as computer/brain interface, also known as “synthetic telepathy.” See the Times Magazine’s article, at http://tinyurl.com/6o8452
dated September 14, 2008, which describes this technology. I believe I was targeted because I had discovered the truth about the ritual abuse case of a Lt. Col., known for his expertise in mind control, who was previously affiliated with the Army.
See the facts about his dismissal from the Army documented ln my archive of ritual abuse cases at http://members.cox.net/dnap/srarchive.pdf

I t is troubling to see that the Army might be subjecting their troops to this invasive technology and are considering implementing “synthetic telepathy” because I believe this technology constitutes a serious invasion of privacy. Perhaps human rights organizations might be interested in investigating this subject and evaluating the potential for harm.
