Rihanna has reportedly called on Chris Brown to apologize on TV for his alleged assault on her last month.
The singer has been in contact with Oprah Winfrey regularly, according to reports, since the February 8 incident and believes a public apology on the US personality’s chatshow could help mend their tattered relationship,according to Bang Media.
Brown has been chargedwith assault and making criminal threats to Rihanna, real name Robyn Rihanna Fenty, and is scheduled to be arraigned on April 6.
An insider told Look: that “Chris said ‘no’ at first, but bought himself some time by saying he needed to think about it with his mother Joyce. But he’s desperate to win over the American public and he’s realised this could be the perfect way.”
Brown’s friend Tyrese Gibson recently said that the 19-year-old was struggling to cope with negative press coverage surrounding the alleged incident.( at least he wasn’t struggling to deal with bruises and black eyes)
