The two women who are suing Cindy Crawford’s husband Rande Gerber for sexual harassment is refusing to take lie detector tests, TMZ.com reports.
The two accusers reportedly claim that they were fired from Gerber’s restaurant, where they worked as waitresses, because they refused to give in to his and other managers’ advances. According to TMZ.com, one of the women says Gerber tried to kiss her and then put his hand up her dress in an attempt to fondle her crotch.
