The Sun reports that the Queen is to spend £7million on her own private jet which will be the first ever purchased in her reign of fifty years.

Her Majesty at the moment shares the VIP flights she takes with ministers of government, military chiefs and etc and has reportedly taken a very close interest in the design of the jet.

She was, it was reported, asking where her dogs would sit.

England’s Queen also reportedly asked that no less than four luxury aircraft makers come up with plans for the £7million royal plane —which is to be called Monarch Air — and she will select the winning design herself at the Christmas holiday.

She has, it was reported already seen at least one of the models in a private viewing at RAF Northolt last month.
