Private doctor is monitoring Eastwood, Freeman on movie set

Clint Eastwood, Morgan Freeman

The producers of Clint Eastwood’s new drama “The Human Factor” are reportedly so worried about the health of 71-year-old actor Morgan Freeman and 78-year-old director Clint Eastwood, that they have hired a doctor to keep an eye on them while they are on the movie set in Africa, the Daily News reports.

One source tells the tabloid: “These guys are getting up there in age. Sure, they had physicals before leaving - everyone has to. But (the private doctor) was just an agreed upon decision on all sides of the table.”

Freeman, who plays Nelson Mandela in the upcoming movie, is allegedly being monitored extra carefully because of his car accident last August, which left him with a broken arm and shoulder.
