Defrocked Miss California Carrie Prejean says that she finds it “humiliating” that her sex tape is public knowledge.
The video, which had been offered to various websites for $10,000 (£6,032) and was said to be “very graphic”, is alleged to have closed her lawsuit with pageant promoters K2 Productions.
The organisers recently countersued her for $5,200 (£3,177) over funds she received to have breast implants.
The 22-year-old said that making the self-filmed tape is the “biggest mistake” of her life, E! reports.
“I was sending a boyfriend at the time, who I loved and cared about, a video of me,” she related while on a broadcast of Fox News’ Hannity .
She added: “Never did I think it would ever come out. But it was bad judgment. It’s embarrassing. It’s humiliating to be talking about this on national TV, if you can imagine. Never did I think it would come and just slap me right in the face.”
