Photo of Jamie Lynn Spears breast feeding stolen
According to TMZ.com, authorities are searching for a man who is trying to sell a bunch of snaps featuring Jamie Lynn Spears and her baby, as well as her big sister Britney Spears.
In one of the photographs, Jamie Lynn is breast feeding her baby - a photo in which one of Jamie Lynn’s breasts is exposed.
The photographs were reportedly taken on the baby’s daddy’s, Casey Aldridge, digital camera, which he took to Wal-Mart for copies. Police seem to think that someone at Wal-Mart has kept some extra copies of the photos and is now trying to sell them.
Since Jamie Lynn is a minor, selling or even buying the photo of her with an exposed breast, could be a violation of federal pornography laws “if they are marketed across state lines for the purpose of being lurid”, according to the entertainment site.
