Pete Wentz is being sued by a guy who says that Pete and his security team beat him up at a Fall Out Boy concert in Chicago last year.

According to TMZ.com, the guy claims he was left with serious injuries after Pete and his posse attacked him. However, Pete’s rep says that the case has no merit and that they will defend the case in court.
